The seeds are planted. Ultimately my whimsies are the one’s that are humored while all the world thinks that it should rest on the ideals of another… I have never been a particularly fond supporter of the death sentence. Indeed such an act is inconceivably swift and merciful. Had I the authority and the world just a slightly more open mindset in regard to ‘morality’ I’d have each offender delivered to Sylvanas and then chained to the walls of the Undercity for all eternity. Though I am content with what my handiwork has crafted in the fingers of another and will, for the moment, abide by this doctrine.

The Horde Rebellion – Sin’dorei Reparations Act

A document to affirm the offenses of the Kor’Kron Legion and all those guilty of standing against Quel’Thalas and Her allies through which fair judgement may be dispensed against the aforementioned offending parties.

The act shall contain within its documentation seven suggestions as previously purported by Magister Anetho L. Dawnpride and edited by Knight-Lord Vynlarion Highcrest VI for proper adjudication.

Glory to the Regent.

Trials of the Offending Parties

Through which complete and thorough adjudication may occur, all members of the Kor’Kron Legion and their affiliate partners and organisations are to be brought forth before the Noble Courts of Quel’Thalas for trying upon all pertinent charges as brought forth by the High Prosecution.

Individuals not enrolled or under the service of the city-state of Silvermoon or the greater Kingdom as a whole shall not be tried for their tireless and noble efforts in defying the tyranny of the Orc Garrosh Hellscream and his true Horde.

Claims of desertion or open rebellion against Garrosh Hellscream by Kor’Kron forces are to be subsequently ignored for their lack of legitimacy. The Noble Courts of Quel’Thalas do not recognise their claims and thus shall not be taken as true reasons for a lack of trialing.

Punishment of Life

The punishment of mortal death in any form or function shall not be considered by the Noble Courts of Quel’Thalas, for the value systems of the Kor’Kron and subsequent Orcish peoples sees emphasis and nobility in the death of service to their Warchief.

More appropriate sentences wherein the culprits are shamed beyond repose are to be considered for the Kor’Kron Legionnaires insofar that they are branded as traitors, and dishonourable craven in such a manner as to revisit in their minds the times of the Internment Camps of Lordaeron which followed the loss of the Orcish Horde in the Second War.

For we, the Noble Courts of Quel’Thalas, have found that Orcs find a grand reward in death, and should death be viewed as a positive result for them, then such an action cannot be considered by the Noble Courts of Quel’Thalas.

Repaying of Debts Incurred

Damages sustained by the High Home and Her allies shall be made repaid by their offending parties through the reconstitution of heirlooms in possession of the culprits and or their families into commodities to be sold in restitution for the injustices done upon the immortal children of Quel’Thalas and their valued allies.

In such we find that there shall be justice paid in full and that the very city they, the betraying Kor’Kron shall play the role of the grunt in rebuilding the aforementioned city. Through the tithe paid by the culprit parties the walls of Orgrimmar shall be raised once more and the Orcs shall be brought to heel through the immortal justice of the Sin’dorei.

Mortal Guilt Clause

Those pardoned from the ranks of the villainous Kor’Kron Legion are hereby declared necessary culprits for life insofar that they are to arrive when summoned by the Courts to stand trial for any and all new evidence that should indite or provide them otherwise incriminated within such parameters that their presence is of necessity.

Through such actions the Noble Courts of Quel’Thalas may safeguard the justice of the High Home in such a manner as to preserve the guilt of the injustices wrought thereupon Her people. Pertinent allies of the High Home are to yield authority of culprits whose crimes directly or indirectly harm Her lands, peoples, ideologies and or values.

Attempted Fleeing of Justice

No great injustice shall be tolerated by the immortal children of Quel’Thalas and through such values the Noble Courts of Quel’Thalas shall allow no culprit or criminal to escape the justice of the High Home. Insofar as to abide by the shared sense of injustice felt by the allies of Quel’Thalas, there shall be no permittance of injustice thereupon.

For those whose crimes are attempted to be ignored or otherwise fled from, pains of physical, magical and or emotional reparations shall be made in such a manner that defects the fleeing criminal to no longer hold weapons of war or bring forth magicks of offensive attitude.

Herein Lord Vynlarion Highcrest the sixth, Dragon of Quel’Thalas as proclaimed by His Majesty King Anestarian Sunstrider, late High King of Quel’Thalas, who has thus refined the ideas proposed by Magister Anetho L. Dawnpride; Internal affairs, it is highly hereupon urged for the Noble Courts of Quel’Thalas to take into serious consideration the law made here in this document.

Uphold the dignity and respect of Quel’Thalas and dispense her immortal justice in this tumultuous.

Vynlarion T. Highcrest VI,

Knight-Lord of the Blood Knights,

Dragon of Quel’Thalas,

Lord Advisor of the Thalassian Regency,
